Plant harvester BRP\ML

The BRP\ML plant lifter is suitable for lifting strawberry plants, asparagus plants, perennials and certain types of nursery crops.

Operating procedure

The height-adjustable articulated drawbar determines the lifting depth. The soil and plants enter the pin conveyor via the movable knife and the harvester roller. Part of the soil falls away at the lifting roller. The pin conveyor of the plant harvester BRP\ML pulls the rest of the plants out of the soil. The plants are transported further up to the sieving belt. This sieving belt contains three rockers to shake out the last soil from the plants. The plants are transported by means of a side discharge conveyor at the back onto the neighbouring wagon. The side discharge conveyor contains a diverter valve at the end. With the diverter valve, all corners of the wagon can be filled.
It includes a steerable wheel axle for sharp headland manoeuvring. The whole thing is controlled via a push-button box in the tractor.
